The next iPhone 14 series from Apple, which will include models like the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, will go on sale in just over a month. The devices will reportedly be unveiled on September 6, 2022, at the first autumn or fall event of the year, if rumours are to be believed.

Naturally, rumours and leaks concerning the iPhone 14 series keep flooding in, covering everything from its features to alleged production issues that Apple may be having with some of the future iPhone models.

We now have some clue of what the new iPhone 14 Pro series might include, particularly in the camera sector, thanks to a recent rumour.

The 48MP sensor that is being used in the camera of the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max this year is “the best one on a smartphone if there’s enough light,” according to a source who spoke to well-known leaker LeaksApplePro.

Apple has never taken part in the megapixel battles in the past. They have prioritised using high-quality sensors, premium glass for their lenses, and computational processing, and this strategy has proven successful for them. Because of this, they have long been willing to use a 12MP camera even on their top models.

In actuality, Apple is finally “upgrading” the number of megapixels on one of its devices.

A less encouraging piece of information is also revealed by the LeaksApplePro camera leak. It appears that “certain difficulties” with the night mode need to be resolved before the product is complete. The tipper reportedly thinks that the night mode is currently worse than the iPhone 13 Pro, and Apple will just not accept this.

Though the iPhone 14 series will be significantly optimised for iOS 16, keep in mind that the final version of the operating system is still undergoing testing.

The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will adopt a pill and hole design on the front display this year instead of the notch as their flagship models. The only two iPhones to receive the CPU upgrade, along with a new and improved battery and better displays, are the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

The iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max will be the devices to choose, provided Apple chooses the appropriate price points for these gadgets.
