The Noida lady who was detained on Sunday after acting inappropriately with a security guard in a housing society was given a 14-day judicial detention sentence.

Bhavya Rai, the woman, was detained for reportedly abusing security personnel at Noida Sector 128’s Jaypee Wish Town.

Following the guard’s complaint, a case was quickly filed regarding the occurrence.

She was charged with violating IPC sections 153A, 323, 504, 505(2), and 506. She had already been taken into custody by the police and questioned.

Earlier today, Bharti Singh, Addl CP (HQ), told ANI: “Bhavya Rai, a woman, was seen on film mistreating and assaulting the community’s security guards. On the basis of the security guard’s complaint, police opened an investigation. She has been taken into custody and her car has been transported to PS.” In the meantime, the housing society’s administrators have started making plans to evict her from the apartment where she resided.

In an interview with ANI, Karan Chaudhary, a society guard who asserted that he produced the video and presented it to administrators, stated, “When the woman pulled her car out of the parking, the security guard opened the gate a little slowly. Over this, she began to cause a scene and verbally assaulted him. I hurried to the gate as soon as I learned about the incident, where I recorded the video on my phone and showed it to my senior. The incident was reported to the police.” Ankit Kuchhal, the society’s secretary, reported that the woman moved into the housing society early this year.

“Bhavya Rai moved into this community in May of this year. She works as a lawyer full-time. The owner of her apartment has been contacted, and the society will take the appropriate steps “explained he.

Anshu Gupta, the society’s treasurer, stated that the owner of the apartment is working with the authorities to prepare for her flat’s departure.

“It appeared that she was intoxicated. We are getting ready to remove her from society after the occurrence by telling the owner of the home about it. The tenant has been helpful. The woman is currently the subject of a FIR that has been filed with the Noida Sector 126 police station. The investigation into the situation is ongoing “She spoke.
